
Policies
Please read the information below before booking an appointment or paying a deposit.
Studio Policy
All clients and guests must be 18 years or older.
All clients and guests must be respectful of other guests of the studio. Inappropriate behaviour towards anyone will not be tolerated.
Deposit Policy
A deposit of $100 is required for each session booked. For multi-session pieces, a deposit will be required for each appointment, up to a maximum of three appointments at a time, totalling $300.
The deposit is not an additional fee, it goes toward the cost of the tattoo when it's finished.
Deposits are non-refundable and must be used within 6 months of being paid (with the exception of large-scale work where sessions are being booked continuously past 6 months)
Please remember that the purpose of the deposit is so that I am partially compensated for the time spent drawing and preparing for the appointment in the event that you change your mind, or partially compensated for the time that was reserved for you in the event that you reschedule without enough notice to fill the time with another appointment.
Your deposit will be void if you:
Reschedule with less than 48-hours notice, fail to show up or fulfill the scheduled appointment, or cancel the appointment entirely.
Reschedule your appointment more than two times.
Do not book or fulfill your appointment within 6 months of the deposit being paid.
If you do lose your deposit for any of the reasons listed above, you are more than welcome to book a new appointment, however a new deposit will be required to rebook.
Rescheduling Policy
48 hours' notice is required to reschedule for all appointments.

If you have provided your email, you will get a 48 hour reminder send to you. That would be your final change to rebook your appointment if you need to, however more notice is always appreciated!

If you reschedule with less than 48 hours notice, you will lose your deposit, and a new one will be required to rebook. Please contact me directly to rebook your appointment as soon as you can
You can also reschedule your appointment twice. After two reschedules a new deposit will be required to rebook.
Rescheduling consultations or touchups
In the case of rescheduling a consultation or touch-up without adequate notice, a $20 fee will be required to rebook.
Design policy
Designs are not sent out in advance of the appointment - with the exception of some large scale work, you'll only see the design once you arrive for your appointment.
Additional time is always booked at the beginning of the appointment, so any tweaks, changes or adjustments can be made.
If it is the case that we have to overhaul the design entirely and I do not have time to start over, your appointment will be rescheduled to accommodate the changes necessary to make sure you're happy with the result. However, this will be done at the expense of your deposit, and a new deposit will be required to rebook.
When booking, please make sure to include any and all information about your preferences so that we're on the same page with the design.
If for any reason I am running into issues with the design, or have to make significant changes to what we have discussed, I will reach out and let you know so that you aren't showing up to something that you didn't expect.
The design process for large scale work (full sleeves, back pieces, etc) is more collaborative and would require in person consultations to size and view the design in person before your actual appointment.
